II – ORDERING

II.A – GENERAL INFORMATION
ORDERS PLACEMENT: We welcome you to conveniently shop any time of the day at THE LISBON WALKERTM Online Store. Kindly be aware that we cannot accept orders made by e-mail, letter, phone or fax.

MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM ORDER VALUE: The highest order value for your online purchases is 2.500 €, and there is a maximum order quantity of 5 articles per style [5 products of the same colour and size]. Conversely, the minimum order value to be placed at THE LISBON WALKERTM Online Store is 30 €.

PURCHASING PURPOSE: Purchases made on the THE LISBON WALKERTM Online Store are for consumers, ist est, natural persons, who complete a legal transaction for a purpose that is neither for commercial purposes nor for independent professional activity. We reserve the right to refuse orders for multiple quantities of an item ordered by any one customer or to any one postal address.

II.B – ORDER PLACEMENT
Once you have chosen one of our products, you can add it to your virtual shopping bag by clicking on “ADD TO CART”. You can easily cancel and modify the content of your shopping bag by clicking on the respective symbol in the top right-hand corner of the page. To order the selected products, click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” and follow our step-by-step order process.

You will be asked whether you wish to place your order with or without a customer account. We recommend that you order with a customer account, as you will be granted various extras and benefits, such as following the status of your order and receiving regular information about special offers and new products.

On the next steps, you will be asked to provide your personal details, and to select the delivery method and payment method. It is possible to verify a different delivery address then the billing address. The invoice is enclosed in your delivery and will not be sent separately.

The last step provides you with an overview of your order and allows you to check and amend any of the information that you have provided. The order will not be placed unless you click on “ORDER AND PAY ON ACCEPTANCE”.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via e-mail. Please note that this e-mail only confirms your Order Receipt.

Subsequently you will receive a Shipment Receipt, after your order has been accepted and dispatched, via a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number, which allows you to track the status of your delivery online.

Regarding items within the standard size range, should you not receive your order within 15 working days after dispatch confirmation, please contact our Customer Service. For items within the taylor-made range please read DELIVERY.

II.C – ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
We are empowered but not obligated to accept your purchase order within 10 working days after Order Receipt. If you want to change your purchase order within this period, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To this end, please call our Customer Service before receipt of the article.

Please note that we cannot make any changes after shipment confirmation has been sent. You can exercise your Right of Withdrawal after you receive the goods.

II.D – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The product view displays all of the items that are available at the time of your visit on THE LISBON WALKERTM Online Store.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK WITHIN THE STANDARD SIZE RANGE: Any sizes that are out of stock will be highlighted in red, thus making your eventual purchase order take up until 45 working days.

TAYLOR-MADE SIZES OUT OF THE STANDARD SIZE RANGE: Any sizes that lead to taylor made delivery, according to each product taylor made technical issues, require additional production care, thus making your eventual purchase order take up until 45 working days.

In the uncommon circumstance that several customers may simultaneously select one available item, it will then be out-of-stock. Items that have sold out can generally not be reordered. If this occurs, we will inform you by e-mail that the selected item is sold out and request your permit to perform the shipping in a wider time frame, namely, the maximum of 45 working days.

II.E – PROMOTION CODES
Promotion codes and discounts can be activated reducing the amount to be paid in the shopping cart. The conditions of the respective promotion apply, given:

• (A) The voucher validity period stated as a suffix in the promotion code is respected;
• (B) The minimum order value after promotion code introduction is 25 €;
• (C) Only one promotion code can be used per order since promotions cannot be accumulated.
