V – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

V.A – GENERAL INFORMATION
You have the right to officially cancel the contract without giving reasons for a reflection period of 15 (fifteen) days, according with the European Union legally stipulated period. Please consult our Instructions on withdrawal for more details.

Thank you for your understanding that we can only accept returns and complaints for articles which were purchased in THE LISBON WALKER™ Online Store.
Returns or complaints for goods purchased in THE LISBON WALKER™ Online Store are unfortunately not possible in retail shops. Conversely, in order to return articles purchased over-the-counter, please take it directly to THE LISBON WALKER™ store where you purchased it.

V.B – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 (fifteen) days without giving any reason, according with the European Union legally stipulated period. The time limit for withdrawal is 15 (fifteen) days from the day that you acquire, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, to the contact details stated below, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, through a letter sent by post or an email written to our correct email account. You may download a withdrawal form on our website electronically.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the relevant item to us, together with the pre-printed returns label that was included with the delivery, within the time limit for withdrawal; no separate declaration is then necessary.

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send a notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before that period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery bare by the THE LISBON WALKER™, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we receive the returned goods from you. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, we will not impose any fee for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 (fourteen) days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods shipped for countries within the European Union. The cost of goods returned from countries outside the European Union will be shared with the client in a 50% (fifty) basis.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the goods were handled in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Not exhaustively, no right of withdrawal exists in the case of contracts for:

Taylor made goods made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by the consumer or which are clearly personalized;
The supply of sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and therefore are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Purchase agreements, which you have entered into on THE LISBON WALKER™ Online Store, Portugal, may be cancelled using the form attached here as a PDF. V.D – RETURNS
Please take your time and calmly try the articles on comfortably at home. If you want to return a single article, you can exercise your right to cancellation within 15 (fifteen) days.

Please pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damages, making sure THE LISBON WALKER™ original wooden packaging is returned together with the items since it is part of our product definition. To help us to process your return quickly, please ensure that the returned goods are sent with accessories, cotton protection bags and labels.

Thank you for your understanding that we cannot offer any exchanges. If you want an article in a different colour or size, please place a new order.

Returns can be dropped off at your local post office or alternatively we suggest your local TNT drop-off point for returns (please visit: www.tnt.com).

Please bear in mind that standard return shipments can take several working days to arrive at our warehouse in Portugal.

We recommend that you keep the original postage receipt. In the uncommon event that a package gets lost in the return process, this is necessary to track the missing parcel down.

V.E – ITEM FLAWS
THE LISBON WALKER™ stands for highest standards of premium quality. Given our hand-made products rely on a handcrafted luxury; you can’t expect the mass market pattern of uniformity. However, in the rare event one of our products may have a flaw; you do have statutory liabilities and rights. We only accept complaints for products that have been purchased at THE LISBON WALKER™ Online Store, to which we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Service. Thereafter, return the faulty goods to:

V.F – EXCHANGES
We do not provide a right to exchange goods.

V.F – REFUNDS
Subsequently to effective cancellation, if you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery bare by the THE LISBON WALKER™, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we receive the returned goods from you. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You are responsible for any loss of value of the goods if the loss of value is found, during a check of the properties, qualities and/or mode of operation of the goods, to be caused by you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

PAYPAL

Credits created by returns are paid back into the PayPal account used for the submitting the purchasing order.

CREDIT CARD

Refunds shall be made automatically to the bank or credit card account used in the purchase order. The value date on your credit card account depends on your bank.
